The Business owner and Our sales staff are Qualified Bakers and Pastrycooks with experiences in a broad range of baking environments.
Such as being employed as bakers and pastrycooks, working and managing supermarket bakeries and patisseries, troubleshooting, Bakery consultantcy, qualified teachers, owning their own bakery through to national management positions within manufacturing facilities.
These combined skillsets allows us to have a strong appreciation of our customers expectations of equipment and service.
We are very proud to have grown into a large fully equipped showroom with full workshop facilities, along with a national network of service technicians and salespeople
Our range of new and used products and services has expanded to include all areas of baking and shop fit out.
