Design of Shop Layout - Schedule of Fee
Includes:
- One dimensional floor plan to scale with legend and elevated drawings of suggested equipment/items including electrical and plumbing requirements suitable for equipment suppliers, shopfitters, plumbers, electricians and flooring suppliers/layers and all other associated tradespeople to identify and quote on work to be carried out.
Note:
- Floor plan contains positioning guidelines only.
- Plans are drawn with consideration to Workplace Health and Safety and Health Department requirements.
- Includes four (4) copies of plan and legend.
Excludes:
- Drawing and cost of Hydraulic Plans as required by local council/shire/developer/ landlord/real estate agent/etc.
- Associated fees and submission of all plans and approval applications to local council/shire.
- Cost of alterations by client not covered in the original layout after work has commenced.
